Grillon Hook Lanyard (P-L52-2H)
This lanyard is designed for restraint and work positioning (for use with harnesses suitable for work positioning). They are not designed to stop a fall of more than two-feet.
This lanyard is identical to the Grillon Adjustable Lanyards with the exception that they include a locking snap hook on one end.
Forces from minor falls are dissipated by the semi-static nylon rope.
The Grillon features a mechanical adjustment system with pivoting cam which permits quick and easy adjustment of the lanyard to suit the work situation. The strong sliding protective sleeve protects the rope against abrasive points of contact.
Attachment to the harness is through the 2 side attachment points for higher stability or to the central front attachment point. The self-locking device allows easy adjustment of the length and tension between two anchor points.
Available in 2 and 3 meter versions, it can also be used as a temporary portable lifeline.
The semi-static rope is resistant to abrasion and aging. The termination on the connector side is stitched and protected by a plastic cover which help hold the connector in the correct position.
